The question...: Is the pain actually in your joints or muscles? This makes me think you could be dealing with fibromyalgia especially when all tests are negative( however would be good to know which tests were done). This is usually generalized muscle pain, or like some people describe pain all over. Besides certain meds, exercise is the mainstay of treatment.I would discuss with your doctor about this.

Osteoarthritis?: Many times no blood test will show this condition. Consult your doctor for other types of work up such as imaging of the areas that bother you the most
