Back and abd pain: If your docs have ruled out any kidney stone or bladder infection, i'd be curious if they checked your gallbladder for gallstones. I'd also be curious if they thought this could be from gastritis, an ulcer, or hiatal hernia. An ultrasound can help with looking for gallstones. H.Pylori testing and endoscopy could look for ulcers. A visit to a gastroenterologist might be helpful. Best of luck!
