I have a really bad lower back...ive had 1 disckectomy and am schedualed for another surgery in february for a fusion involving discs 3,4and 5......my feet burn and tingle and the arch area is very sore .will the surgery help my foot neuropathy?

Back surgery: Studies have shown that repetitive back surgery is never a good thing. If you already have neuropathy its unlikely that you will have full recovery. If you have gross instability (looking at flex ion,extension films) then fusion is the best option. If there is no instability but just bad discs without stenosis then you may want to consider a Spinal Stimulator trial before a second surgery.

Prior to surgery: Get second opinion regarding need for fusion (is lumbosacral spine unstable?) If you truly have neuropathy, this is NOT caused by your lower back issues, and will not improve with back surgery. This requires a neurological evaluation and interventions.
