Diet; exercise.: It is rarely possible to lose weight/fat fast. However, watching calories and performing daily exercise are tried and true ways to gradually reduce fat tissue and firm up your muscles. Can ask a nutritionist for a healthy diet , avoid fried, high sugar content and processed foods; eat lots of fruits and vegetables and exercise at least 20-30 minutes/day.
