After being sick/anxious for months, i want to start walking, but energy is low. any ideas for steps i can take slowly (and not look supid?)

Start slow : Start with walking around the block daily for a week and the next week if you feel well walk around twice. If it is cold outside go to a local mall early before the stores open and walk. Often malls will open the doors for people to come walk early and there are not a lot of people at there at 7-8 in the morning.
