May be a link.: Anti-depressives cause dry eyes. If you are young and all the symptoms are recent ; 6 months, you may have epstein barr virus infection (infectious mononucleosis or kissing disease.) it does cause chronic fatigue syndrome and since the virus shares a genome part with the tear glands your own antibodies can attack your tear glands.A blood test if igm is + you need treatment.
