See neurologist: You should see a neurologist asap. If you have lost equilibrium, get to E.R. These all can be symptoms of nerve issues. Many causes, many solutions. Be sure you are drinking enough fluids - if you can keep them down - to eliminate any dehydration issues which might be affecting your chemistry. Good luck, and do not wait.
