Prob not--but: I don't think you should worry much about. Each child has different developmental growth curve..Some are movers and some are talkers. But at least at 15 month- at least a child should be able to say 4-5 words. If you are worried- bring your child to the pediatrician. Check the ear and auditory function just to make sure no problem with the hearing.
