My baby is 9 months old and he hasn't started crawling.. should i be worried?

Not specifically: Infants learn to crawl, pull up to stand and cruise at almost the same time between 8-12 months. If there is other issues that worry you go ahead and schedule a visit. This by itself is not unusual.

Speak to pediatricia: Some babies are slow , then sudden will burst energy and will doing all kinds of mischief. Your hands will be full and legs will be sore. Speak the pediatrician, if there is a problem might have warned you already.
