Don't worry.: You can use a bleaching cream to help with the under arm discoloration. These are available by rx only. Schedule an appointment with a dermatologist for further instructions. Regarding the excess sweating, look for topical clinical strength antiperspirants. If they do not help, contact your dermatologist.

R/O adrenal insuffie: Plasma electrolytes and cortisol could help to r/o adrenal insufficiency in that condition the dark pigmentation could be elsewhere in the body also.
