Depends on cause: May be just sweaty palms and feet. But could also be caused by fungus. Seek specialist in dermatology for skin culture. You may try otc anti fungal topicals first.

Figure out : What it is. Is it fungal? Eczema etc...Many skin conditions are similiar in appearance. Find the etiology and then the treatment is simple. If you try and self treat you can attempt with one topical and if it does not work try an alternative or simple see the dermatologist.
