Yes: Anemia may make you feel tired, cold, and fatigued easily. Of course, there may be other causes for these complaints (lung dz, heart dz, out of shape, ), but the more important detail would be to find out why you are anemic. You could have a simple iron deficiency, or you could have blood loss from an ulcer. See your fp to evaluate and treat your condition, and you should be back to walking miles.
