Whenever i wipe after i do a no.2 everything is clean for around 30 mins. then it gets wet and dirty again for no reason! i shower daily i need help!

Fistula: You might have a fistula, which is a tract between the inner part of the anal canal to the outside. This can easily be fixed by minor surgery. Please see a surgeon for evaluation and treatment.
