Impossible to: Make a sweeping statement in some cases it is a non issue. In other cases the combination could be catastrophic. Need to know the medicines to give an informed answer.

Depends: Which meds and how much alcohol you drink. Don't drink and mix medicine unless you ask your doctor or pharmacist. Most significant interactions will be labeled on the prescription bottle.
