Would it be bad to have lung cancer and consume drugs and alcohol?

Clarify?: It is bad to have lung cancer. Recreational drugs / alcohol are probably not going to make it worse. If your cancer is incurable and this is what you want to do with your remaining time, that is your business. For many, the last months are for closure, reconciliation, and fulfilling things you've dreamed of. This isn't the place to talk about marijuana for cancer patients.

Yes: Lung cancer requires specific therapy and medications. You should only be taking those medications you physician prescribes.
