Is there any way to boost immunity to help fight an illness? i have been sick more than 5 times within the last 2 months.

No: There are no proven ways to enhance your immune system outside of general health measures. If you continue to have recurrent infections a visit to an immunologist may be in order to determine if you have any immune system deficiencies.

Boost immunity: Drink at least 8 - 8 oz glasses of water /day. Try for 8 hrs of sleep/night. Aim for 5 servings of vegetables & 4 of fruit per day. Use whole grains. Avoid or reduce sodas, alcohol & junk carbohydrates. Consider quality probiotics. Maintain healthy weight. Exercise regularly. Manage stress. Don’t smoke. Wash hands often. Stay positive.
