I do not know: You state you never ejaculated inside her, but the "pre-Ejaculate" that sometimes occurs when you are sexually aroused may contain sperm, so it is possible to become pregnant. Have her check a Pregnancy test, and in the future use condoms to not only help prevent pregnancy, but sti's also.

Maybe.: I assume unprotected? Further assuming that you were having sex about once / wk... That means you were having sex within a few days of her most fertile period at least once. Yuo... Could be pregnant. Check a home pregnancy test kit. Should be clearly positive if indeed she is pregnant.

Do a pregnancy test: Have her use a first morning urine and a home pregnancy test and find out.
