Yes and no: Since tonsils are lymphoid tissue, the TB bug can certainly secondarily spread to the tonsils in someone who is already infected with tb. However, TB cannot cause primary infection in the tonsils - which means that if you were to inhaled the TB bug, it would not start infection in tonsils first. It prefers to reside in the relatively oxygen rich regions of the top parts of lungs.
