Depressed?: Sounds like clinical depression. However, i would not treat yourself. See your doctor! it is important to have some basic blood work done to make sure you don't have a metabolic derangement such as hypothyroidism, anemia, electrolyte imbalance. Also you want to let your doctor know if you have recently had any travels. Good luck!

Seek medical consult: As a psychiatrist, i could easily draw an association between your mood (i.e., sad); your life circumstances (stressful); and symptoms (drowsiness). The diagnosis could be depression, which can be addressed with a combo of talk therapy and medication. However, there are innumerable other conditions which could cause fatigue and faintness, hence consultation with an internist or family md is key.
