Eat well and shots: If your spleen healed without having to be removed you only need routine vaccines. If your spleen was removed you may need extra vaccines such as meningitis, pneumonia, or haemophilus b. Your doctor can make specific recommendations for you. Depending upon your age you may need medication too. A healthy diet always improves your immune system.
