Hello,i tested my urine and results showed that ascorbic acid read +++,m not taking any vitamin c supplements, should i be worried?

Probably not: Have you been eating a lot of high vit C foods (citrus etc)? If so , this may explain it. ON the other hand, vit C assay is not part of the routine urinalysis so I do not understand why the test was done in the first place.
