Need more info: There are treatments for conditions such as thyroid eye disease and exophthalmos. The eye socket is essentially enlarge to allow the eye ball to "fall back" into place. Certain congenital conditions can be treated by repositioning the bone structures of the face as well.

An oculoplastic and: Orbital specialist can discuss the possibility of doing this procedure with you. It is rarely done for cosmetic reasons, but it is possible if you have prominent eyes, there is a disorder causing this.
