Cyst Surgery: Swelling following this procedure is to be expected and may extend towards the eye when performed on upper front teeth. However, not having personally performed the procedure nor being able to personally examine you, we cannot determine what is to be expected. You should call and discuss this with the surgeon who treated you. He\she may want to see you back in the office sooner than appointed.
