Good skin care: Keeping wounds clean and moist are the keys to rapid healing and minimizing scar tissue. It is also important to, control inflammation and avoid sun exposure and tobacco exposure. Open wound > scar: The only way body bridges a cut is by bringing scar tissue in the middle. So there will be a new scar, if one scar is removed. All treatments are to make the amounts of the scars less and to make them less visible.
