Since you are 25 and your spine is no longer growing, it is not a question of prevention or cure. If you are in balance, head over the pelvis, the question is whether you have any neurologic symptoms related to the curvature. As you get older, natural degenerative changes can change the curvature. Knowing the amount of curvature at this time can be helpful for further recommendations.
