Hello. Reactive airway disease (RAD) is a form of asthma. Asthma and allergies are forms of atopic airway inflammatory diseases that are genetically linked. RAD can have different stages of severity and thus different medical needs. Allergy, sinusitis and asthma are often times linked where a Pulmonologist, ENT specialist and Allergist often times are all needed for complete care.
