Could be.: If it is just from cold air or turbulent air flow when you are breathing more quickly, then no, no so "weird" - but it really depends on what you feel, where you feel it. Throat pain with exercise could also be a symptom of other problems, including coming form your heart. So for that reason, i think you need to see your doctor and be checked out.
