Yes ,You can: Check your endocrine status. If you have no any gynecological problems you may get pregnant. Risk is high, but it's your decision.

Depends : At 43 years old conception may be more difficult. You can ask for an fsh and amh test to see what your fertility is like. The risk of genetic abnormalities such as Down syndrome are higher. The risk of complications like gestational diabetes, preeclampsia and other complications are higher as well. You will need to see an obgyn experienced in high risk pregnancy.
