Get pediatrician app: Appetite, sleep changes, disposition/mood changes, as opposed to the more obvious fever, vomiting, etc are significant worrisome signs in children that warrant immediate evaluation by a qualified pediatrician or pediatric hospital. Don;t delay, pathology caught early is most often much easier to correct with better results. The differential DX is so widely varied that i won't offer a guess.
