Does nasal cartilage heal back to its original form?

Not necessarily: Cartiladge has a poor blood supply & depending where it is located can be disfiguring if traumatized. It is important to have it replace to as much of the original position as possible and be followed by a reputable ENT or plastic surgeon. Splinting is important. Sometimes a re-do is necessary or further surgery and splinting. Deformity may be expected but perhaps doesn't have to b permanent.

Not specific enough: The question you ask is too non-specific. If you have had an injury to the nose, the cartilage will probably not return to its original anatomical position.
