A member asked:

How do i know if i damaged bones such as (lesser alar cartilage) nose, other body parts? what are the clues? will it heals to 100 percent on its own?

Depends on location: The alar nasi injuries do heal. Laceration can be repaired. Cartilages that support joints like knee wear out causring bone rubbing on bone leading to swelling and pain.

Damaged bones: A fractured nose may have a distorted shape, breathing through the nose may be difficult, nose may be bloody.Complete healing is doubtful.
