Yes: You should be sufficiently healed such that bleeding is not the problem. You state "above 5 kg". You should be careful and not lift beyond what your obstetrician has recommended for the post surgical event. Use common sense and if it strains or hurts, don't do it. You can herniate your abdominal wall if too much is done. Start low and go slow and if questions, ask your OB and follow orders.

Yes: At this point, you can safely lift items that do not cause any discomfort. The risk of internal bleeding 4 weeks after cesarean delivery would be low.
