Probably: Wt. loss of more than 50 lbs with anorexia are usually the signs of a malignancy. Water bags from liver site probably cystic metastasis or obstructed ductal system from a metastic lesion. Genital bleeding can come from a pelvic lesion invading bladder, a bladder tumor, a prostate lesion or kidney tumor. Work up here is essential with PET/CAT , bx, hyperalimentation and eventual chemo.
