Sleep patterns: I'm not sure why you can't provide yourself the sleep you need to get through the day -- this is essential. Are you drinking a lot of coffee to stay awake? This could result in increased tension, headaches, and jitteriness. Also, what are you eating for lunch? If your food isn't nourishing, by early afternoon you'll be fading. See your doctor for specific exam and recommendations.

Well, some questions: Have you been evaluationed by your primary care doctor? Are you drinking or taking illicit substances? Are you on any medications? Does your bed provide good support? Is your sleep environment conducive to restful sleep? Do you share a bed? What kind of employment do you have? 7 hrs of sleep is sufficient for most people, so perhaps you have a sleep disorder!
