I have otitis media, there is some drainage but not much and the pain and preasure isn't dissipating?should i sleep on the infected side or the other?

Let gravity help: If your ear is draining sleep on the affected side so that gravity can help your ear drain. However, if you are having such pain and pressure i hope you've seen the doctor because you should be under treatment.

Draining ears: Sleeping with the infected ear down might help it drain better. However if you are not getting better on the antibiotics and ear drops you might need to have the ears suctioned out by an ENT doctor.
