Cold color changes : Raynauds occurs when the extremities such as fingers and toes are exposed to the cold. They turn blue, then white, then red. In some, it's hard to see all 3 color changes. Often the digits feel painful, tingle, and numb. In more severe cases, the skin on the finger and toe tips can break down and ulcerate.

See details: Raynauds disease is not a component of psa. If you hands turn blue or blanch with cold exposure than you may have raynauds. A rheumatologist should be able to tell you for sure.
