See counselor: I'm so sorry this is happening, and it's probably really stressful for everyone. The best thing is for your parents to see a family therapist, who can meet with them and give them some coaching on how to set appropriate boundaries for your sister.

Therapy ASAP: Acting out in children is often a symptom of other things. Seeing a psychologist may help your sister learn appropriate ways of expressing her needs and teach her parents new skills to better manage her behavior.
