That is a hard one: Parents often prefer not to believe that one of their children could do such a terrible thing and are in denial. Try asking them to meet with you with a therapist or give them a book to read on abuse and incest ( the courage to heal is a great resource although you may want a shorter book for your parents to read) good luck ask again if you need other ideas.

Take care of you: Hi, agree I with Dr. Lavi, this is very difficult. Most importantly, focus on your own therapy and healing. Invite your parent to participate when/if it feels safe to do so.
