If i have pcos will i have a period every month? does it mean i'm ovulating since i come on between 26 to 28 cycles days?

PCOS: If you have regular 26 to 28 day cycles that is fairly strong evidence that you are ovulating and don't have PCOS. Irregular and infrequent periods are one of the primary symptoms of PCOS and are usually the presenting symptom. Hope this helps.
