I have been having excessive mood swings, lasting usually around a half an hour. i also have massive headaches lasting all day. what could be causing?

Serious symptoms: Without seeing and examining you, it's impossible to say what's causing your symptoms. Please see your doctor as soon as you can, and tell him/her about what's happening. Also, if you happen to be using alcohol or other substances, please stop as they can destabilize moods. "massive headaches lasting all day" should not be ignored.
