No worry: The percentages are not as important as the absolute numbers. The numbers you report are unexciting.

No: Only the absolute numbers matter, and even these fluctuate wildly with the vicissitudes of daily living -- something as simple as a cold shower completely changes them. Nobody needs machine-countable basophils.
