Possible UTI: If you didnt get your urine tested, you should get it now as you probably have a urinary tract infection with burning, flank and side pain. This should be treated urgently.Tarry stools should be tested for blood, preferably in your doctor's office, for an assessment of extent of bleeding, and hence the urgency of its treatment..

UC/ER: Stop Advil and ibuprofen now, you may have a bleeding ulcer. Need to be seen in urgent care or ER now for gastric bleeding.
