Raising sperm count: Heat will lower your count. A few simple things you can do are wear boxers, looser trousers, and avoid hot tubs. Also, make sure you are eating a healthy diet, excercizing moderately, avoiding stress, and not smoking/drinking excessively. Certain medications can lower your sperm count as well. Your physician can talk to you about any you are taking that might have an effect.
