Why does anxiety make you feel so many things that make you feel like you may have something bad? can this happen even when you don't feel anxious?

Health anxiety: Anxiety can produce many kinds of symptoms, including physical ones. Some people focus intently on their bodies, and any different sensation becomes frightening. Then the fear that this is "something bad" compounds and expands. It's important to have a primary care physician you trust, to periodically review your health concerns -- while you're also getting treatment for your anxiety.
