Probably not: It is known to be a cause of high pressures at times, not low. The mediator here is stress.

Why am I so weak? Out of breath easily, legs and arms are very weak, and hard to walk without a fast heart rate. Blood pressure ok. Can barely eat but eating as best as I can. Is this heart or anxiety?
