Several ways: 1- by avoiding high glycemic foods which trigger cravings 2- maintain good mental health ( which includes excercise)which minimizes our desire to use food to self medicate 3-use of various drugs in combo to minimize cravings including phentermine, naltrexone, topamax, victoza, (liraglutide) zonisamide, wellbutrin.
