Wait.: It takes time to achieve the final result so your vision may still improve. If it doesn't, then an enhancement may be done. I would suggest you discuss all this with the doctor that did your procedure. The main thing is not to worry.

Do nothing: Its way too soon since your surgery to do anything. It will take several more months before your prescription stabilizes. At that time, you can discuss having an enhancement or "touch-up" procedure with your surgeon, depending on the final prescription. Right now, relax and enjoy your new vision!

Be patient: this is common...2 eyes with 2 different prescriptions before lasik and 2 slightly different prescriptions even after perfect lasik at 4 weeks after lasik... Just sit back end enjoy your new 20/20 vision. Write back in 6 months..
