What is the reason of severe pain in legs in my son who is 12 years old.

Really need : More information to be able to tell you. Is he active in sports, did he fall or have any physical injury , accident that may have caused this ? Is he limping? Does he have a fever , swelling , rash etc? Best advice is to take him to his pediatrician to sort it out. In meantime, you can give him some Motrin or Ibuprofen
