You might: Consider a dermatologist. There may be a chemical peel or dermabrasion that could help. I think your gonna need a dermatologist but there is treatment, look up dermabrasion, good luck.

Pores: There are some gentle laser therapies that may reduce the pore size of the face. Dermabrasion may accomplish this as well.
