Slow down...: There is no safe way in which to lose weight quickly. And, there is no way to spot reduce one depot of fat over another. With achievement of a negative energy balance through portion control, healthy choices and exercise, the weight (and fat) will come off with time. Good luck!

No quick answer: Spot fat loss does not occur naturally. By losing weight in general a certain amt will be abdominal fat. Eat healthfully ; be physically active. Calories burned must > calories consumed. To tighten ab's do crunches, reverse crunches, exercise ball crunches, pelvic thrusts, lying leg raises, side bridge ; “bicycling” exercise on your back. Get regular aerobic exercise.
